ORDINANCE N0. ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />paving, sanitary and storm sewers far Lakeridge Estates on Elkhorn Drive, <br />extending west of Gilham Road, 165 feet and then extending 345 feet south and <br />115 feet north of Elkhorn Drive on Metolius Drive, Walf Meadows Lane and Powder <br />River in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On the 16th day of February, 1988, as authorized in the Eugene Code <br />7.160{8} the City Engineer initiated the proposed local improvement consisting <br />of paving, sanitary and storm sewers for Lakeridge Estates on Elkhorn Drive <br />extending west of Gilham Raad, 765 feet and then extending 345 feet south and <br />115 feet north of Elkhorn Drive on Metolius Drive, Wolf Meadows Lane, and <br />Rowder River Drive. <br />After due notice and a public hearing .thereon before the hearing official, <br />and no remonstrances having. been filed, the City Council authorized.. the <br />execution of a contract for the construction of the local improvement on the <br />23rd day of May, 1988. <br />The actual cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be <br />assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has <br />been determined to be: <br />Items 1 to 24 from Page 1 of PW ordinance) <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local improve- <br />ment assessments in Sections 1.170 and 7.175 of the Eugene Code, 1911. <br />A notice containing the information required by Section 7.185 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971 has been pasted on a bul 1 eti n board at City Ilal ~ and given by <br />ORDINANCE - 2 <br />
