19oy6 <br />,The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 1.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and ' <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given ~n compliance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and al l ~ protests , <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.` That the total cast of paving. on Gas .amp Orive from <br />Surrey Lane to approximately 3a0 feet east and south; pedestrian way; bike <br />path, sanitary sewer and storm sewer construction 1150 feet north of Royal <br />Avenue between Surrey Lane and Williams Street <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of '~ 60 461 7 , aforesaid, which <br />i s by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described i n the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
