~9oso <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />~. <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.80 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />~dotice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any aid all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances the~reta and has fully considered them. <br />T11E CITY OE EOGEP~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving and sidewalk on Woodside <br />Drive from approximately 28D feet west of Longfellow Way to approximately 4DD <br />feet west of Longfellow Way ' <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~_ 1D~1.9D.32 __ _ ,aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts .set opposite, respectively. ` <br />Section 2.
