/905/ <br />~- <br />The City Council has established the method of~calculatinq local <br />~.. <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.1.80 of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Gode, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EI~GENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; . <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving, sanitary sewer and sidewalk <br />on Bailey Hi11 Road from Marren Street to Bertelson Road and sanitary sewer in <br />Four Oaks Grange Road from Bailey Hill Road to approximately 500 feet north <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ X67,579.07 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts :set opposite, respectively. <br />Section ~.
