The hearing was held on the 14th day of November, <br />1952, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section_3_. The hereinabove described public utility easement <br />is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated sha11 <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of oregon. <br />Section 4.
