ORDINANCE N0. ~gbSG~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1982, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1983; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregan, <br />for the year beginning July 1, 1982, and ending June 30, 1983, as set forth <br />i n Section 2 bet ow, i s hereby adopted . <br />Section 2.
