1906 <br />The City Council has established the method of}calculating local <br />~. . <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.17Q through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter l of the <br />Eugene City Gode, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUGEP~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOIIOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of sanitary sewer to serve area from <br />I60 feet east of Harrison Street to Glenwood Boulevard and between Southern <br />Pacific Railroad Tracks and 160 feet south of Glenwood Drive <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 13~,53~.48 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon,. <br />does hereby determine and assess each tat and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />lane County, Qregon, to-wit: <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
