~ a~ <br />q 9 <br />The City Council has established the method aflca1culating local <br />!' i <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.i70 through 7.80 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />' Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE G1TY 4~' EUGEP~E 00ES ORgazN AS ~'0LL0WS <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer and storm sewer on Maple Street from Roosevelt Boulevard to Cross Street <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 81,830.99 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts .set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
