+fr+~ _ 3 <br />~ i ~. <br />4 ~qa I <br />.~ <br />The City Council has established the method of,calculatinq local <br />.,may; <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.110 through 1:~$Q of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />PJotice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUGEPJE ROCS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, That the ~sti~mated cast of storm sewer in Acorn Park Street <br />from 14th Avenue to 17th Avenue and in 14th Avenue from Buck Street to Acorn Park <br />Street, to serve Ivy Glen PUD; and street paving on 14th Avenue from Acorn Park <br />Street to Buck Street <br />~. <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 102.,1~~^2, aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />` Section 2.
