~ i <br />c <br />1 <br />9o~g . <br />The .City Council has established the method ofticalculatinq local <br />y J. ~ <br />improvement assessments in Sections T.17O through 1:80 of the Eugene City <br />' Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore du]y <br />and regularly .given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fu11~y considered them. <br />THE CITY OF E~1GE~~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: . <br />Section 1. That the ~sti;r~ated cost of paving on Fir Acres Road from <br />Bond Lane to lFdil1agi11espie Rand <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 109,943.22 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this~ardinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts..set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
