aRDINANCE NO. 19081 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CHARGES FOR OFF-STREET <br />PARKING; AMENDING SECTTQN 5.,2.85 of THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMEH,GENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DGES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~5~ of Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />5.285 Charges for Off-Street Parkin <br />~5} Except for the airport as defined in section 2.415 <br />of this cads, the following minimum and maximum charges are <br />hereby established for ofd-street parking facilities to be <br />effective January lst of the year designated unless otherwise <br />expressly provided.
