<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING INDUSTRIAL ZONING DIS-
<br />TRICTS; AMENDING 5ECTIONS 7.1SD, 7.410, 9,268,
<br />9.27a, 9.296, 9.310, 9.324, 9.335, 9.352, 9.366,
<br />9.38a, 9.394, 9.4D8, 9.445, 9.45D, 9.452, 9.468,
<br />9.470, 9.472, 9,474, 9.492, 9.510, 9.534, 9.54D,
<br />9.542, 9.544, 9.546, 9.554, 9.552, 9,586, 9.557,
<br />9.593, 9.644, AND 9.702 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971;
<br />REPEALING SECTIONS 9.462, 9.464, 9.466 OF THAT
<br />CODE; ADDING A NEw SECTION 9.454 THERETO; AND
<br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. The table set forth in subparagraph ~b~l. of Sec-
<br />tion 7.184 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and
<br />provide:

<br />Section 2. Section 7.410 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby
<br />amended by adding a new subsection ~5~ thereto, to read and provide:

<br />~5~ Upon application of the involved property owners,
<br />more than one Industrial development site may share a single
<br />curb cut in I-1, I-2 and I-3 zones, upon a finding by the
<br />traffic engineer that it will result in safe ingress and egress
<br />for users thereof and the general public.
<br />Section 3. Subsection ~a~ of Section 9.268 of the Eugene Code,
<br />19?1, is hereby amended to read and provide:
