l9GY~/ <br />~2} The following district classifications existing <br />prior to November 22, 1982, are eliminated and repealed, and <br />on said date any land or property subject to said district <br />classifications is reclassified to the district classification <br />designated herein: <br />old District Title <br />New District Title <br />M--1 Limited Industrial District I-~2 Light--Medium Industrial <br />District <br />M-2 Light Industrial District T~-2 Light-Medium Industrial <br />District <br />M~-3 Heavy Industrial District I-3~Heavy 2ndustrial District <br />Section 5. Subsection fie} of Section 9.296 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.296 <br />fie} Public and semi_public buildings essential <br />to the physical and economic welfare of an area, such <br />as fire stations, substations, and pump stations. In- <br />terior yards for these uses shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 6 . Subsection ~ i } of Section 9.310 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.310 <br />~_i} Public and semi--public buildings essential <br />to the physical and economic welfare of the area, such <br />as fire stations, substations and pump stations. In- <br />terior yards for these uses shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 7. Subsection ~i} of Section 9.324 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.324 <br />~~i} Public and semi-public buildings essential <br />to the physical and economic welfare of the arear such <br />as fire stations, substations and pump stations. In- <br />terior yards for these. uses shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of section 9.554 of the Eugene Coder 1971. <br />Section 8.
