Subsection fie} of Section 9.296 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: 9.296 fie} Public and semi_public buildings essential to the physical and economic welfare of an area, such as fire stations, substations, and pump stations. In- terior yards for these uses shall conform to the pro- visions of section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971. Section 6 .
