In- <br />terior yards for these uses shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of section 9,554 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 13. <br />Subsection ~.a-1 ~ of Section 9.40 8 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.408 <br />~a-l} Public and semi-public buildings essential <br />to the physical end economic welfare of the area, such <br />as fire stations, substations and pump stations. In- <br />terior yards for these uses shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of section 9.554 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 14. <br />The caption preceding Section 9.448, and Section <br />9.445 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby amended to read and pra- <br />vide: <br />I-Z Light-Medium Industrial District <br />9.448 Description and Purpose. The I-~ Light-Medium Indus- <br />n rnr.r <br />trial District~is mainly intended to~preserve .and <br />enhance areas containing a wide range of manufacturing and <br />other industrial activities with controlled external impacts <br />in locations generally depicted for light-medium industry in <br />the Metropolitan Area Genera, Plan, refinement plans, and spe- <br />cial area plans. <br />Section 15. <br />Section 9.450 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />9.450 Permitted Buildings an,d~,,,,,,Uses. In the I-2 Light-Medium <br />I~ndustrial~rDistrict, the following buildings and uses <br />are permitted as hereinafter specifically provided, subject to~ <br />the general provisions, exceptions, and performance standards <br />set forth in this ordinance. In addition, those uses permitted <br />in the I-1 district as contained in sections 9.443 and 9.444 <br />shall be permitted in the I-~ district, except restaurants, <br />financial institutions, and non-accessory offices not directly <br />permitted in the I-2 district. when located in the I-2 dis- <br />trict, the uses set forth in section 9.444 need not be in an <br />industrial park unless specifically required to be located <br />therein in this section. <br />~a~ ~ Accessory buildings and uses normally asso- <br />ciated with the buildings and uses permitted and <br />permitted conditionall~r in sections 9.448 to 9.454. <br />~_b~ Administration and sales offices for indus- <br />trial uses established on the same development site. <br />Ordinance - 5 <br />
