effected by an administrative order of the City Manager adopted pursuant to Section <br />2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 26. <br /> The /WQ Water Quality Overlay Zone is hereby applied to the <br />properties listed on Exhibit B hereto and the Eugene Overlay Zone Map is amended to <br />add the /WQ Overlay Zone to those properties. <br />Section 27. <br /> The City Council adopts Exhibit C hereto as the list of properties to <br />which the /WQ Overlay Zone should be applied upon annexation. <br /> Section 28. <br /> If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this <br />Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision <br />and that holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 29. <br /> Although not part of this Ordinance, the City Council adopts the <br />Legislative Findings set forth in the attached Exhibit D in support of this action. <br />Section 30. <br /> The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br />amended, or repealed herein. <br /> Section 31. <br /> Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the <br />Eugene Charter of 2002, this Ordinance shall become effective at midnight on June 10, <br />2009. <br />Ordinance - 28 <br /> <br />
