Z 82-15 ORDINANCE N0. ~~Q AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 227,215 and Sections 9,275 and 9,668 through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the City Council has the authority and responsi bi 1 i ty, subject to the 1 i mi tati ons contained therein, to change the zoning cl assi fi cati vn of property within the City of Eugene; Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans- m~tted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Planning Commission and this City Council, the request for zone change classification is in con- formance with the General Plan; there is a public need far the change in zone; and the public need can best be served by changing the classification of the property; NOW, THEREFORE, Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its own the specific affirmative findings contained in the Planning Department staff notes of December 14, 1952, and the P1 anni ng Commission minutes of December 14, 1982, for the reasons set forth therein, and THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, As provided , by Section 9 , 218 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the zoning map and the zoning ard~nance schedule of district changes are hereby amended to reflect the following change of zone: Portions of Tax Lots 100, and 2403, a~.d fax Lot 3 70 0 - r-Assessor's Map 1103-19-4 2; .and Tax Lots 100, 200, 201, 204, 301, 303, and 1500-Assessor's Map 17-D3-19-4 3, as more particularly described an the attached Exhibit "A" , 1 ocated south of Cal Young Road, east of Wi 11 agi 11 espi a Road, on Crenshaw Lane: Change of zone from RA Suburban District to RA~SR Suburban District with Site Review procedures, said site review procedures addressing concerns as set forth ~n Exh~b7t "B", attached Section 2.
