• i J <br />~' 1. ~ <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 1.170 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />f~otice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />' and regularly given in compliance with the provisions o~F Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene Gity Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EI~GEPJE DOES ORDAif~ AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving and sidewalk on Tadd Street <br />from West 18th Avenue to 500 feet south of E11en Street; and on E11en Street from <br />85 feet west of Buck Street to lOO feet east of Coventry Way <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 157,126.17 , aforesaid, which <br />i s by this ordinance assessed against the parcel s of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the Gity of Eugene, Oregon, <br />does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
