That the City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene does <br />hereby determine that each parcel of land ar lot hereinbefare described <br />i s specifically benefi tted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefare <br />set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said assessments to <br />be 1 i ens upon the respective lots , parts of 1 ots or parcels of 1 and <br />against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs <br />the Finanee Office to enter in the docket of City liens, a statement thereof <br />containing the following: <br />First: R description of each lot, part of tat ar acreage properly <br />1iab1e for such improvement. <br />Second: The name of the owner ar reputed owner thereof, or that <br />the name of the owner is unknown. <br />Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering <br />the same in the said docket of City Liens. <br />Section 4.
