~a~oy <br />The Gity Council has established the method o~,calculatinq local <br />_.: <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.i 1a through 7.80 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />~lotice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUCE~aE OOE5 ORDAI~f AS FOLLOWS: . <br />Section 1. That the ~sti~mated cos.t.o~ paving, sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer and sidewalk on Danebo Avenue from Royal Avenue to llth Avenue <br />in the City of Eugene, i~ the sum of ~ _.92,00.75 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts .set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
