~~' D~ <br />f <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.110 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Cade, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />ab~ections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF' EUGEPJE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of sanitary sewer from East Bank Trunk <br />north to Centennial Boulevard to serve Tax Lots 1703-29-30-~o26a0, 11-03-29-40-3a1, <br />100, 800, 900 and 1000, and i~n Centennial Boulevard from 350 feet east of <br />Centennial Loop to 4500 feet east of Centennial Looop <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 238,557.86 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />does hereby determine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon, to-wit: <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
