ORDINANCE NO. <br />An ordinance rescheduling the public hearing on the vacation <br />of the following described alley, to-wit: <br />As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, Hayward, <br />Gonyea, et al Av 8z-1} <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES oRDAIN A5 FoZEOWS: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 19054 adapted by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on January 1~, 1983, the City <br />Council of the City of Eugene initiated the vacation. proceedings <br />herein on its awn authority without petition or consent of the prop- <br />erty owners, except as provided by statute of the above described <br />alley. <br />Section Z. A hearing was called upon the proposal to vacate <br />the alley as therein provided, to be held on the 14th day of March, <br />1953. Prior to the hearing, deficiencies in the posting and publi- <br />cation of notice of the hearing were discovered, and, therefore, <br />the Council hereby declares that a hearing shall be held upon the <br />proposal to vacate the alley as herein provided, to be held on the <br />Z7th day of April, 1953, at noon Pacific Daylight Time of said date, <br />at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time <br />all persons will be heard upon objections or suggestions with regard <br />to the vacation, and at said time the Council will provide for the <br />vacation of the alley or deny such vacation, and in case the vacation <br />is made, will provide and make provision for any damages sustained <br />by local assessment. <br />Section 3. The City Recorder is hereby directed to immediately <br />publish once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper pub- <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
