/91/S NOTICE OF ALLY VACATION TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council of the City of .Eugene, held at the. Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 14th day of March, 1983, there was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene, Lane, County, Oregon, an Ordinance setting a hearing to be held on the 27th day of April, 1983, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Day- light Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, far the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacation by Ordinance of the City Council of the fallowing: The South half of the fourteen X1,4} foot north/ south alley between Tax Lots 8401 and 8500, Assessor's Map 17-03~-31-1 2, located north of 7th Avenue between Charnelton and Olive Streets in the City of Eugene, Oregon. Hayward, Gonyea, et al - AV 82-1} The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed alley vacation, which is more particularly described in the Ordinance re- ferred to above, on the 27th day of April, 1983, at 12:00 o'clock noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, and will consider an Ordinance vacating the above.
