The polls shall be open in each of the voting pre- <br />cincts at 8:04 o'clock a.m,, Pacific Daylight Time, and shall be <br />kept open until 8:00 p,m,, Pacific Daylight Time, on election day, <br />Section 6. The Clerk acting as chairman of the Election Board <br />in the special election shall be chairman of the same Board of <br />which he or she is a member in the City election, and the ballots <br />shall be counted and tabulated and the results certified as rovid <br />p ed <br />by law. <br />Section 7.
