These permit conditions shall be re- <br />evaluated upon expiration of the permit and may be revised from <br />time to time as required to remain consistent with local, state. <br />or federal laws, regulations and requirements ar to meet any <br />emergency, Wastewater Discharge Permits may include, but shall <br />not be limited to, conditions pertaining to discharge standards, <br />self monitoring requirements, treatment methods, housekeeping <br />practices, inventory storage, manufacturing methods, etc. that <br />are intended to protect the waters of the state. <br />~5} Except as otherwise provided herein, the city man- <br />ager shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions <br />of sections 6.400 to 6.470 of this code. <br />6.405 <br />context specifically indicates <br />terms and phrases, as used in <br />code shall have the following <br />sections <br />meanings: <br />Definitions.
