ORDINANCE N0. 141~i0 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1982, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19$3; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the.year beginning July 1, 1982, and ending June 3O, 1983, as set forth <br />~n Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
