<br />ing a current commercial pilot's certificate, who is appropriately rated <br />to conduct the service offered. <br /> <br />7.4.4 Equipment Requirements. The operator must own or lease in <br />writing at least one four-place aircraft or one two-place helicopter <br />meeting all the requirements of the air taxi/commercial operator's cer- <br />tificate held. <br /> <br />7.4.5 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the <br />facility shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, exclud- <br />ing holidays. <br /> <br />7.5 Aircraft Rental. <br /> <br />7.5.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient <br />tie-down and hangar space to accommodate the projected inventory of air- <br />craft. <br /> <br />7.5.2 Required Building Size. The operator must have a minimum <br />of 100 square feet of properly lighted and heated space on Airport prop- <br />erty for office, public use area, and restrooms. The operator may sat- <br />isfy this obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing <br />lobby space and restrooms with another operator in the same building. <br /> <br />7.5.3 Required Equipment. The operator must own or lease in writ- <br />ing a minimum of two currently licensed aircraft, or one currently <br />licensed helicopter. <br /> <br />7.5.4 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the <br />facility shall be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, excluding <br />holidays. <br /> <br />7.6 Flight Instruction. <br /> <br />7.6.1. Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient <br />tie-down and hangar space to accommodate the projected inventory of air- <br />craft. <br /> <br />7.6.2 Required Building Size. The operator must have a minimum <br />of 250 square feet of properly lighted and heated floor space on the <br />Airport property to provide for a combination classroom/briefing room, <br />office space, public use area and restrooms. The operator may satisfy <br />the obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing lobby <br />space and restrooms with another operator in the same building. <br /> <br />7.6.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall employ at least one <br />full-time certified Flight Instructor, with appropriate ratings to cover <br />the type of training offered. <br /> <br />7.6.4 Equipment Requirements. The operator shall own or have <br />under written lease at least two properly certified aircraft equipped <br />for flight instruction. One aircraft shall be fully equipped for instru- <br />ment flight instruction. <br /> <br />Rules - 24 <br />
