~9~y~ <br />when the petition, together with any objections or remonstrances <br />which may be made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the City <br />of Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and con- <br />sidered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post, or cause to be <br />posted, at ar near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing,, which shall be headed "Z~otice of Cul-de-Sac and Pedestrian-~ <br />Bikeway Easement vacations" and which notice shall be posted in at <br />least two conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice shall <br />be not less than twenty-eight ~28~ days before the time set for hear- <br />ing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />8th day of tuner 1983 <br />~~ <br />City Reco er <br />Appro~red by the Mayor this <br />8 June, 19 3 <br />Mayor <br />ordinance -~ 2. <br />
