<br />TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council
<br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Hall,
<br />Eugene, Oregon, on the 8th day of June, 1983, there were passed by
<br />the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, Ordinances setting hearings to be held on the
<br />13th day of July, 1983, at 12:00 noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at
<br />the Council Chambers at City Ha11, Eugene, Oregon, for the purpose
<br />of hearing remonstrances and protests against the vacation by Ordi-
<br />nance of the City Council of the following:
<br />NOTICE OF CUL-DE-SAC AND PEDESTRIAN-BIKEWAY EASEMENT VACATION
<br />A 46 foot radius cul-~de-sac on Marshall Avenue, and a l2 foot
<br />wide pedestrian-bikeway easement linking the Marshall Avenue..
<br />cul-de~-sac with Jacobs Street, located west of Jacobs Street
<br />and south of Concord Avenue, being situated on Assessor's Map
<br />17-04-22-41, Tax Lot 1401, in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />RESERVING herein public utility easements for underground pri-
<br />mary voltage and water lines along the northern property line
<br />of Solvang and the right to enter thereupon for purposes of
<br />installation, maintenance and repair, and emergency vehicular
<br />access easements providing turnaround and exit capabilities
<br />over the cul-de-sac and pedestrian-bikeway path. ~Solvang

<br />NOTICE OF STREET VACATION
<br />The public right-of-way located on the east side of River Road,
<br />between Green Lane and Division Avenue, commonly known as Edge-
<br />wood Drive, which runs east from River Road approximately 875
<br />feet Tax Lots 3000, 3100, 3200, 3300, 3400, 3500, 3600,
<br />Assessor's Map 1 704-11-~4 4 and Tax Lots 2900, 3000, 3100,
<br />3200, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-3 D~, in Eugene, Lane County,
<br />Oregon.
<br />SUBJECT To: Retention of a public utility easement over the
<br />vacated area unless a relocation agreement is executed between
<br />EWEB and Hayden Island, Inc., that Hayden Island, Inc. exer-
<br />cises options for purchase of the affected properties prior to
<br />the above hearing date; and, a written agreement regarding
<br />access for Tax Lot 2900 is recorded prior to the hearing date.

<br />The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed vacations,
<br />which are more particularly described in the above referred to Ordi-
<br />nances, on the 13th day of July, 1983, at 1.2:00 o'clock noon, Pacific
<br />Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers at City Ha1l,~Eugene, Oregon,
<br />and will consider ordinances vacating the above. All persons having
<br />objections thereto or remonstrances or protests are hereby notified
<br />to present the same to the City Council in writing prior to said hear-
<br />ing or at said time and place.
