The Public
Works Executive Manager desires to delegate this authority to the Division
Managers of the various Public Works divisions.

It is the intention of the Public Works Department to minimize the time and
attention required of the Executive Manager for routine out-of-organization
training and clearly define areas of responsibility with regard to each
division's training ,budget.

Based on the above, the Public Works Executive Manager orders that approval of
out-of-organization, out-of-town, and out-of-state training be delegated to
each Division Manager.

Signed d-'t~ t:L04kLlN--

Date o/~l1()

~'; (: .
