is/yq <br />No party has objected to the withdrawal of the annexed terri- <br />tory from the District, and it is in the best interest of the City <br />that the territory be withdrawn. <br />Now, THEREFaRE, <br />THE CITY QF EUGENE DQES oRDAIN AS FGLLUWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to <br />the City of Eugene on April 7, 1953, as bounded and described as <br />follows, is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District: <br />As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference Hayden 2sland, <br />Inc. - A/Z 82-6} . <br />Section 2.
