.. <br />•. <br />'191~~ <br />The City Council has established the method of,calcuiatinq Iocal <br />~:: <br />improvement assessments in 5ectiorts 1.110 through 7.80 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />hlatice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fu11y considered them. <br />THE CITY OF FOGE~~E DOES ORDAIf~ AS FOLLOWS: <br />. <br />Section 1. That the ~sti:mate.d Gos.t of all ey paving between Ferry <br />Street and Patterson Street from 17th Avenge to 13th Avenue <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ .22,220.37 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed .against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts .set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
