/KISS <br />Section 3. That the City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene does <br />hereby determine that each parcel of 1 and or 1 of herei nbefore described <br />is specifically benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore <br />set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said assessments to <br />be 1 i ens upon the respective 1 ots, parts of 1 ots or parcels of 1 and <br />against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs <br />the finance Office to enter in the docket of City Liens, a statement thereof <br />containing the fallowing: <br />first: A description of each tat, part of lot or acreage properly <br />1 iab1e for such improvement. <br />Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that <br />the name of the owner is unknown. <br />Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering <br />the same in the said docket of City Liens. <br />Section 4. That these provisions concern the public welfare <br />because of the necessity to promptly retard and ascertain the amount of <br />each assessment and the lien arising therefrom, and the need to promptly <br />notify affected property owners, and therefore an emergency is hereby <br />declared to exist, and this Ordinance sha11 became effective immediately <br />upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the Council on A proved by the Mayor on <br />~1 ~ ~ ~ <br />~~~C., <br />~ t ecor er a_vor <br />Ordinance - 3 <br />P.W.ENGR.ADM.
