ORDINANCE N0. ~.~1~~.'~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET, MAKING <br />APPROPRIATIONS DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE <br />ANNUAL AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX FOR THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JULY 1, 1983, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1984; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the year <br />cammenci ng July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984, as set forth i n Section 2 <br />below be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
