ORDINANCE No, 19~h4 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE TRANSIENT ROOM TAB; <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 3.778 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1971. <br />THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES 4RDA2N AS FOLZOwS: <br />Section 1. Subsection ~_d} of Section 3.778 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, is hereby amended to read and prouide: <br />3.778 <br />~_d} Any person who rents all or a portion of a <br />private home, vacation cabin or like facility from <br />any owner who rents out the facility incidentally to <br />the owner's own use thereof, and who does not rent <br />out the facility on a regular or continuous basis. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />13th day of July, 1983 <br />~~ <br />City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />13th day of July, 1983 <br />Mayor <br />Ordinance. <br />
