The hearing was held on the lath day of July, 1983, <br />at noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in <br />the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described cul-de-sac and pedestrian-- <br />bikeway easement is hereby vacated, and the cul~-de-sac and pedestrian-- <br />bikeway easement so vacated sha~.l revert pursuant to the statutes of <br />the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
