ORDINANCE NO. q <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />That portion of Holly Street approximately 28 feet <br />by 10 0 f eet~_ contiguous and north of Lat 1, Block 2 , <br />Oakmont Subdi-vis~ion, as platted and recorded in Book <br />30, Page 24, Lane County ~1at Records, Lane County, <br />Oregon. <br />RESERVIT~G herein an emergency vehicu~,ar access ease- <br />ment providing needed turn-around. { vik Sv 80-5} <br />Cn the 17th day of December, 1980, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18731 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 28th day of January, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at w~~ich time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as t~ the proposed vacation of the above described <br />street. <br />Native was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 28th day of January, 1951, at Noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, and~at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon---the----stree~_to _be_-va= <br />Gated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY dF EUGENE DOE.5 URDAIN AS FQLLOwS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as <br />by law required and no valid ob~ectio~s have been made at the hear- <br />ing or filed.
