ORDINANCE N0. ~~~ <br />AN ORD2NANCE CONCERNING PARKS; AMENDING SECTION <br />2.$12 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 2.812 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by adding a new subsection ~.5} thereto, to read and provide: <br />2.812 <br />~5} The provisions of this section apply to county <br />parks within the corporate limits of the city. <br />Section 2. That the matters contained herein concern the public <br />welfare and safety and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to <br />exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />26th day of october, 1888 <br />~9ssf City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this. <br />26th day of October, 1983 <br />Mayor <br />Ordinance. <br />
