ORDINANCE N0. i ~ I ~fea AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LICENSED BUSINESSES; AMENDING SECTION 3.014 of THE EUGENE CflDEr 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY 4F EUGENE DQES ORDAIN AS FoLLOwS: Section 1. The first paragraph, and the table of licensed businesses contained in Section 3.010 of the Eugene Cade, 1971 are hereby amended to read and provide: 3.010 Licenses Rewired. No person shall engage in an acti- vity or operate a device listed below without first ob- taining a license therefor from the finance officer as provided in this chapter. Unless otherwise specifically provided, all licenses shall be Issued fer a period of one year.
