When proposed as a combination residentialw~ <br />commercial planned unit development: uses and buildings as <br />listed in ~a} above and those listed as permitted outright <br />ar conditionally in the zoning district in which the <br />development will be located. <br />2. When proposed as a residential or commercial <br />planned unit development: uses and buildings as <br />permitted outright or conditionally in the zoning district <br />in which the development will be located. <br />~c} I-I zone: uses and buildings permitted <br />outright or subject to site review. <br />~d} I-2 and I~-3 zones: uses and buildings as permitted <br />outright, conditionally, or with site review in the use <br />district wherein the development will be located. <br />~S} Professional coordinator and deli n team, Professional <br />coordinators and design teams shall comply with the following: <br />.~ ~a} services. A professional coordinator, licensed in the <br />state of Dregan to practice architecture, landscape architecture <br />or engineering, or an American Institute of Certified Planners <br />member in good standing shall ensure that the required plans are <br />prepared and executed. The professional coordinator shall also <br />be the liaison between the applicant and the city. <br />fib} Address and attendance. Unless waived by the planning <br />director, the coordinator or his or her professional re resenta-~ <br />P <br />tine shall maintain a ,Lane County address. The coordinator or at <br />least one design team member shall attend all public meetings at <br />which the proposed development is discussed. <br />~c} Design team_~designation. Except as provided for waivers, <br />a design team, consisting of an architect, a landscape architect, <br />and an engineer, or engineer and land surveyor, shall be designated <br />by the professional coordinator to prepare appropriate plans. Each <br />team member must be licensed to practice his or her profession in <br />the State of Oregon. <br />~d} Desi n team artici anon and waiver. Unless waived by <br />the planning director upon proof by the coordinator that the scope <br />of the proposal does not require the services of all members, the <br />ent7 re des gn team shal 1 participate i n the preparation of tenta- <br />tive and final plans. <br />fie} Desii c~n,,,,tea,m change, written notice of any change i n <br />design team personnel shall be submitted to the planning de artment <br />p <br />within five days of the change. <br />~ f } Plan certification . Certification of the services of the <br />professionals responsible for particular drawings shall appear on <br />those drawings. To ensure comprehensive review by the design team <br />of all plans far compliance with these regulations, the cover sheet <br />shall contain a statement of review endorsed with the signatures <br />of all designated members of the design team. <br />fig} Project certification. When a planned unit development <br />or any phase thereof is completed, the coordinator shall assure <br />that each design team member certifies to the city in writing <br />that the portion of the project in which he or she was involved: <br />I. Meets the standards of his or her profession, <br />2, Conforms to approved plans and conditions, and <br />3.
