ORDINANCE NO. ~~q <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and in- <br />corporated herein by reference. River's Edge SV 80-2~ <br />On the 17th day of December, 1980, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18732 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 2Sth day of January, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 28th day of January, 1981, at Noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the street to be va- <br />sated have consented to the ~vacat~,on , <br />THE CITY CF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing vas published and posted as <br />by law required and no ~ralid objections Y~ave been made at the hear- <br />ing or filed, The consent of the o~n,ers of the abutting property <br />has been duly and regular~,y filed in the proceedings and the public <br />interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the street, <br />Sectian 2, The hearing was held on the 28th day of January, <br />1981, at noon, Facif is Standard T,i~e, at the Council Ch.a.~~,bers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all anatters necessary to be <br />Ordinance - l <br />
