ORDINANCE NO. ~~G~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING APPQZNTMENT pRpCESS~S FoR <br />CITY BQARDS, COMMISSIONS AND CQMMITTEES; AMENDING <br />SEGTIQN 2.013 0~ THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DE-~ <br />GLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DQES ORDAIN AS ~'oLLOwS: <br />Section 1. Subparagraph ~c} of Subsection ~G} of Section <br />2.013 of the Eugene Code, 19?l, is hereby amended to read and ro~ <br />P <br />vide. <br />2.013 <br />~6} <br />~:~.G} Appointments which more appropriately should <br />be delegated to a committee on boards, commissions and <br />committees composed of [~h~ee~ councilors appointed by <br />the mayor, which is charged with the duty of reviewing <br />the appropriate c.~tizen interest forms and making formal <br />nominations or recommendations for the counciirs con- <br />sideration. <br />Section 2.
