ORDINANCE NO . '~ -- <br />. -~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEriENTAL BUDGET; ~ _ _~-_ <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FI5CAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY ~., 1983, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 3D, 1984; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY GF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Dregon, <br />for the year beglnning July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
