19.z3a <br />Section 3. That this supplemental budget is prepared in accordance <br />with CR5 294.480~1a)(a}, which authorized the formulation of a supplemental <br />budget resulting from "an occurance or condition which had not been ascer- <br />tained at the time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which <br />requires a change in financial planning." <br />Section 4, This ordinance, in accordance with CRS 294,48C~3}, does <br />`1. not authorize any increased levy of taxes," and ap ro riations for <br />P P <br />this supplemental budget shall be funded from previously uncommitted revenue. <br />Section 5.
