i9zs/ <br />~Prf i nn 5 _ <br />The polls shall be open in each of the voting pre- <br />cincts at S:QO o'clock a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, and shall be <br />kept open until 5:04 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, on election day. <br />Section 6. The Clerk acting as chairman of the Election Board <br />in the special election shall be chairman of the same Board of <br />which he or she is a membex in the City election, and the ballots <br />shall be counted and tabulated and the results certified as provided <br />by 1 aw . <br />Section 7. The City Retarder is directed to give not less <br />than ten days notice of the election by publication of one notice <br />thereof in the Eugene Register Guard, a newspaper published in the <br />City and of general circulation therein. <br />Section S.
