ORDINANCE N0. _1G~~tle AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER WIT~iIN SUMMEROAKS INDUSTRIAL PARK AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19077; .AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: On November 22, 1982, there was passed by the Council ar~d approved by the Mayor, Ordinance Na. 19077, levying an estimated assessment against. the properties listed on the Assessment Ro11 attached thereto far paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within Summeroaks Industrial Park. Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.240 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance Na. 19077 should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments for the assessment accounts, TIDE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5ectian 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Cade, 1971; ~r~~"nar~ce Na, 19077 passed by the Counci 1 ar~d approved by the Mayor on November 22, 1982 is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Rall attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed thereon. x- Sectian 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections tat eFi~c o~cTC~of city liens and to send a corrected native of assessment to the property owners set forth in Sections 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of Ordinance Na. 19071 and the assessments provided far therein remain in full force and effect. Section 4. It is necessary that the above corrections be made as soon as possib e, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
