oRD INANCE Na . ~~~,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADAPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />r1AKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1.983, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1984; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLD~~TS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning July 1., 1983, and ending June 30, 1954, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
