~, <br />town Development District special ad valorem tax liability for <br />1984--85 or any prior year or any other liquidated liability to <br />the City of any owner otherwise entitled to such distribution. <br />Affected owners shall be notified of such offsets in the manner <br />deemed appropriate by the finance officer. <br />~4} The amount of payments received by the Downtown <br />Development District Fund ~No. 113} described in subsection ~l} <br />of this Section equal to the total gross sales and receipts tax <br />and/or professional tax credits shall be retained and expended <br />pursuant to the Local Budget Law, ORS Chapter 294. <br />Section 5. Any unexpended funds remaining in the lath & oak <br />Overpark Fund ~No. 5~1} after making all payments or transfers as <br />provided in this Ordinance and after recalculation and adjustment <br />of the 10th & Oak Overpark special benefit assessment, shall be <br />applied to the use and benefit of developing, maintaining, <br />operating or promoting facilities or programs for the downtown <br />area. Unless authorized otherwise by the City Council, the 14th <br />& oak Overpark Fund ~No. 521} shall be closed no later than June <br />34, 1985, and no person who has at any time paid, or owned prop <br />erty which was subject for the 14th & Oak Overpark special bene~- <br />fit assessment shall have any claim to any operating revenues or <br />rental income accruing from the lath & Oak Overpark Off^Street <br />Parking Facility after June 3D, 1984. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />\\~In day of , 1984 <br />~~CCity Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />1~.~ day of 1984 <br />Mayor of ;.,fanuf <br />Page 10 - ordinance <br />
