~D~b 1[~~~R~S~ ~~'~ ~M~S AS~~~SM~N~` W~~~ <br />~E~iN <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~q!~~~'"~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING, SANITARY <br />SEWER AND STORM SEWER ON WILLAGILLESPIE ROAD FROM COUNTRY <br />CLUB ROAD TO 300 FEET SOUTH OF CLINTON AVENUE AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 19071, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On November 22, 1982, there was passed by the Council and appraved by the <br />Mayor, Ordinance No. 19071, levying an estimated assessr~ent against the <br />properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto for paving, sanitary <br />sewer and storm sewer on Wi l ] agi 1 lespi a Road from Country Club Road to 300 feet <br />south of Clinton Avenue. <br />Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the <br />prov~s~ons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, the assessment roll <br />attached to Ordinance No. l9Oll should be amended to reflect the reduced <br />assessments far the assessment accounts. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section~l. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 71240 of the Eu ene Code <br />1971, Ordinance No. 19071 ass d g ' <br />p e by the Cauncil and approved by the Mayor on <br />-~ -~ November 22, 1982 is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached <br />hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the,remainin accounts list d <br />thereon, g e <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above correction <br />to the docket of cit liens and to send s <br />y a corrected notice of assessment to the <br />property owners set forth in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3.
