~~a ~9 ~;: The City Council has established the method of calculating local improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.i8O,of the Eugene Code, 1971; and Notice of the proposed estimated assessment to the awners and reputed owners of the .hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly and regularly given in campliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and a hearings official has heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and has fu11y considered them and reported h7s ar her f~nd~ngs to the City Council, which has reviewed and considered them.
