<br />1.2 The adoption, amendment, or repeal of any fees of fee <br />schedules authorized therein to be adopted, amended or repealed by the <br />City Manager; and <br /> <br />1.3 The City Manager's decision making authority, if any, with <br />respect to appeals. <br /> <br />2. In turn delegate any of the duties or responsibilities delegated <br />herein to such person or persons qualified to perform the delegated duties upon <br />finding it would be more efficient and in the public interest to do so. <br /> <br />3.
